Open to all levels teenager and adults this classes  are an  extremely enjoyable form of exercise that will help you get fit, slim and super toned in an amazingly short space of time. The most fun you'll ever have while exercising!

 

Rebounding is an exercise that reduce your body fat, firms your legs, thigs, abdoment, arms and hips, increases your agility, whilst improving your sense of balance. Rebounding strenghtnes your muscles over all, provides an aerobic effect to your heart, rejuvenates your body when it's tired and generally puts you in a state of health and fitness.

 

Rates:

We are offering an INTRODUCTORY class for €8 
only available the first time you come to the class, after that the rates are:

 

          8 CLASSES (Valid for 2 Months) - €56

                              or 

        16 CLASSES (Valid for 3 Months) - €96

 

Preparation:

If you are interested to attend the classes please be aware:

- You will need to BOOK AHEAD

(only 10 places available for the class)
- Just arrive 5 to 10 minutes before class to complete registration
- Please remove your shoes 
- Grip socks are the safest and only accepted footwear giving better grip and performance
- Wear light comfortable clothing
- Bring a towel and water

  • Monday:  30 minutes Class  from 20:15 to 20:45

  • Wednesday:  30 minutes Class from 20:15 to 20:45

  • Friday:  30 minutes Class from 18:00 to 18:30
